Refund Policy
Effective date: April 21, 2026
Free trial
Every new subscription includes a free trial that ends at the earlier of the following two limits, whichever happens first:
- Time: 24 hours from the moment the trial starts; or
- Usage: 250 labels printed through the service.
You'll enter a payment method at signup so the subscription can continue seamlessly if you decide to keep it. If you cancel at any point before either trial limit is reached, you will not be charged.
Monthly or annual billing
After the trial, StickyBid is billed on the plan you selected:
- Monthly plan — charged once per month in advance. Each charge covers one month of access from the billing date.
- Annual plan — charged once per year in advance at a discount compared to 12 monthly charges. Each charge covers a full year of access from the billing date.
Renewals happen automatically on the schedule above until you cancel.
No refunds on paid periods
We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated adjustments for partial months, partial years, unused time, or previously-paid billing periods — whether you are on the monthly or annual plan. This includes — but is not limited to — situations where you:
- Forgot to cancel before the next renewal (monthly or annual);
- Didn't use the service during a billing period;
- Changed platforms (e.g., stopped selling on Whatnot);
- Switched to a different tool.
We keep this policy simple for the same reason our product is simple: clear pricing, clear expectations.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel from your account settings, or by emailing hello@stickybid.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual) — you keep full access until then, and you won't be charged again.
Exceptions we'll honor
We'll review refund requests in good faith in these specific cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charges caused by a billing or technical error on our side.
- Extended outages of the StickyBid services — meaning our licensing API, our tray app, or our Chrome extension are unavailable for a prolonged period due to a failure on our side. This does not cover outages of third-party services we don't control (for example, your internet provider, Whatnot, Stripe, your operating system, or your printer).
- Unauthorized charges where your account was accessed without your consent — please contact us first so we can secure the account.
To request a review, email hello@stickybid.app within 30 days of the charge in question with your account email and a short description.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved faster by email. Chargebacks issued without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension and a permanent block on signing up again.
How to cancel (step by step)
- Open StickyBid → Settings → Subscription → Cancel, or
- Email hello@stickybid.app from your account email with the subject "Cancel my subscription". We'll confirm within one business day.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect.
