Winner labels,
printed the instant the hammer drops.

We run Whatnot lives too, and we got tired of scribbling sticky notes while the show kept rolling. So we built StickyBid. Every sale and giveaway auto-prints a label with the buyer's handle, item, and price the second it closes. Keep your show moving and sort the packing later, without ever losing track of who won what.

What it does

Built for the pace of a live show.

🧾

Sale labels, instantly

The second you sell something, a label prints with the buyer's handle, item, and price. Peel it, stick it, keep selling. No pausing to write anything down.

🎁

Giveaway winners too

Running a giveaway? Winners get a label that looks just like a sale but stamped "GIVEAWAY", so your free drops never get mixed in with paid orders.

📋

End-of-show reports

When you end the show, print one clean summary with every buyer, every item, and your totals. We reconcile our own packing in minutes now instead of squinting at notes for an hour.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself.

1

Plug in a thermal printer

Plug in your thermal printer, load 2×1 labels, open StickyBid. No drivers, no setup headaches. If it's a ZPL printer, it just works.

2

Go live on Whatnot

Go live like you always do. StickyBid quietly rides along with your own show in the background, so you won't even notice it's there.

3

Labels print automatically

Every sale and giveaway prints itself the moment it closes. End the show, hit print on your report, and you're done. That's the whole job.

Auto Thermal Printing

StickyBid prints directly to any ZPL-compatible thermal printer. No drivers, no dialogs, no manual print jobs. Reports print on any standard printer (letter, A4, or 4×6 thermal).

What you need to get started

The gear we run on our own lives.

Questions

Frequently asked.

What is StickyBid?

StickyBid is a desktop app for Whatnot live sellers that automatically prints a label the moment a sale or giveaway closes. Each label shows the buyer's Whatnot handle, the item, and the price, so you can tag the item and keep the show moving.

How does StickyBid work with Whatnot?

A lightweight Chrome extension follows your own live show. When a sale or giveaway closes, StickyBid sends a label straight to your thermal printer, with no print dialogs and no manual steps.

Does StickyBid place or automate bids?

No. StickyBid only prints labels and end-of-show reports. It never places, triggers, or automates bids, and never interacts with the auction itself. It simply prints a label for items you've already sold.

What printer and labels do I need?

Any ZPL-compatible thermal printer works. Our templates are built for 2×1 inch thermal labels. We use and recommend the Rongta thermal printer, but you can use any ZPL printer you already own.

Does StickyBid work on Mac and Windows?

Yes. StickyBid runs on Windows 10 and 11, and on macOS with both Apple Silicon and Intel chips.

How much does StickyBid cost?

StickyBid is free while you're in the beta. Planned pricing after beta is $15.99 per month or $149.95 per year, with every feature included.
